tuple of (Value, Value): Solder ball parameters (d1, d2).

  • d1 is the diameter for a cylindrical solder ball or the top diameter for a spheroidal solder ball.

  • d2 is the middle diameter for a spheroidal solder ball. It is not used for a cylindrical solder ball.
